the RS name is back we hear you cry..!
"About
time", most of you will shout back - 1996 was the last time
an RS was produced by Ford, and by RS standards the wait untill 2002
when the FocusRS finally hit our street was long enough for RS fans...
Anyway
- Its here now, and was it worth the wait? Well by current owners
comments I would say its going down a storm, with nobody making any
suggestion its a little "Boring" or "Subdued"
- How could they anyway, with its purposeful poise, tram like
handling and speedy performance surely its meets the pre-requisites
of the RS pedigree...?
The
Future - What will it hold for the FocusRS..? Will it ever get
the Big Brother its been crying out for - The "Focus Cosworth?"
Well only time will tell but you can be sure if sales of the FocusRS
go well then somewhere, somebody will sign that all important piece
of paper to get the ball rolling....

Upgrades- K&N Filters

- K&N have now finished testing of the new 57i Generation 2 kit
for the FocusRS. One of our own cars were used as the test bed and
initial results look promising indeed. The first run of kits are due
end of november (Just in time for Xmas) and we look forward to seeing
the technical specification and power gains involved soon.

Upgrades - Pace Products

- Pace Products have finished work on there products for the FocusRS.
Pace Products have developed a new Pre-Radiator to replace the restrictive
OEM setup installed on the FRS. There is also a new coolant system
header tank available soon. As soon as more information is available,
we will keep you updated.

we have updated our Tuning index to give an unbiased opinion about
many Modifications available now. Were possible we have included the
actual members car that the modification is present along with there
